Main applications

1. For construction Industry:

Calcium formate can be used as accelerators in construction mortars for cement-based.such as dry-mix mortars,Concrete products,Self-leveling screeds,Renders,plasters,tile adhesive and so on.

It can spread up the setting time and shorten the condensation time.

Especially in winter, it can avoid the condensation too slow under lower temperature outside.

The dosage for plaster,tile adhesive and concrete: 0.5%-1.0%, max 2.5%.

The dosage rate is growing follow the movement of decreasing temperature.

In summer, only 0.2%-0.5% dosage will have obvious early strength effect.

2. Oil Drilling Industry:

One type of Calcium Formate is tailored for well cementing and completion of oil drilling industry.

Accelerate cement setting, improve early strength.

Shorten setting time of cement and construction period.

Improve the workability of depth underground in oil field.I
